Solstice Benefits had a web presence that was somewhat outdated in appearance, structure and in the presentation of its content. The website had no central access point to easily modify and make changes as they wished. This presented a challenge to the Solstice team as it was difficult to keep the site updated and consistent with the company's vision and brand awareness. In addition to having a more user friendly site with an intuitive interface Solstice needed to meet new online sales projections by having an online point of sales solution. Their current website had no support for this sales initiative.

Solstice Benefits management determined that it wanted to outsource the critical architecture and development of the new web application solution, but also include its own employees on the project team in order to eventually take over the administration, maintenance, and enhancements of the solution. Solstice now had the ability to manage and easily update content from a secure back end administration control panel. Solstice also had the ability to accept live sales online thru their Web based, Sales driven Health and Dental Care benefits Application. Global Gains and Solstice Benefits launched the new web application and recognized almost immediate increases in site transactions and revenue. The new website provided a more stable and user-friendly platform that translated into a greater number of consumers willing and able to engage in business on the site.
